Since 2008, we have had the privilege of supporting one of our clients , WIRUS Fenster GmbH & Co. KG, in the area of window and glass handling. What began with an initial project has evolved into a long-standing, trusting partnership based on mutual respect, characterized by continuous innovation and trust.
To date, we have developed and implemented a total of 13 customized handling solutions together with our customer. These include manipulators and lifting axes that are in reliable daily use and provide sustainable support for day-to-day production on site.
The requirements:
Safely pick up, precisely move and ergonomically handle large, sensitive elements such as windows, glass and other components.
Each solution was precisely tailored to the respective processes, from recording and positioning to integration into existing production processes.
For us, this project is a strong example of what can be achieved when trust, technical expertise and continuous development come together.
