12. What are the working hours?

  • The usual working hours are 40 hours a week (5 days a week) excluding breaks. Flexible working time models, flextime with core time and working time accounts are common practice with us.

13. What is the vacation policy like?

  • At Zeilhofer HHT, you receive 30 working days of annual vacation leave on the basis of a 5-day week. Thereof  20 working days of statutory minimum vacation and 10 working days of additional contractual additional vacation.

14. How is the induction phase?

  • At the start, every new team member goes through the various departments. This is the only way to get to know the company, the people, the processes and the different products. After this phase you will slowly be introduced to your new tasks in the company. An experienced team or colleagues are at your side at any time, who will support you from the start and answer all your questions.
