Mithilfe des Hebelifts ist der Werker in der Lage das Luftversorgungsaggregat exakt im Fahrzeug zu verbauen. Hierzu bewegt der Werker den Hebelift ZH manuell unter das Fahrzeug und verfährt die Vorrichtung samt Luftversorgungsaggregat in Z- Richtung auf die richtige Verbauhöhe.
Der Handwagen ist zudem mit einer speziellen Vorrichtung ausgestattet, welche das Bauteil definiert aufnimmt. Ebenso sind in der Vorrichtung mehreren Schraubspindeln integriert, wodurch das Aggregat durch den Werker sehr einfach verschraubt werden kann. The ZH lifter from Zeilhofer HHT GmbH & Co.KG makes work easier and reliably and safely takes away the load / weight of the different units.
With the aid of the lifting device, the worker is able to install the air supply unit exactly in the vehicle. To do this, the worker manually moves the ZH lift under the vehicle and moves the device together with the air supply unit in the Z direction to the correct installation height. The hand trolley is equipped with a special device that holds the component in a defined manner. Likewise, several screw spindles are integrated in the device, which means that the unit can be screwed on very easily by the worker. For this, the worker attaches a cordless screwdriver accordingly and thus extends its range.
