OVER 25 YEARS
HISTORY OF THE COMPANY ZEILHOFER HHT
Zeilhofer Handling Technology GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1999 by Johann Zeilhofer as a company specializing in lifting aids and manipulators. The company's first headquarters were located in Feldkirchen-Westerham, near Munich.
In its early years, the company built up expertise in custom column and ceiling manipulators. With growing demand, Zeilhofer moved to a larger administration and production building in 2005. Alongside production in Germany, the existing manufacturing facility in Italy was further expanded.
As growth continued steadily in the following years, the company built a spacious and modern production hall and administration building at Konrad-Zuse-Straße 7 in 83607 Holzkirchen in 2017. The site is located approximately 25 minutes south of Munich and about 45 minutes from Munich Airport.
The building offers expansion space for offices and production, as well as a spacious showroom. There, existing and potential customers can experience the lifting aids and manipulators firsthand and test them themselves. All products and custom solutions can be thoroughly tested in advance with national and international customers. Potential customers can also test their applications beforehand in a trial run to develop the perfect, customized solution.
Simultaneously with the construction of the new headquarters, the second generation joined the family business. Since 2017, Julian Zeilhofer has been managing the company as CEO together with the company founder, Johann Zeilhofer.
Since 2020, new products such as the ZH90 lifting axis and the ZH lifting platform have been added to the portfolio. They offer customers from various industries a wide range of handling solutions.
