Hubachse ZH90
The ZH90 lifting axis consists of heavy-duty, extruded, and patented aluminum profiles. Depending on customer requirements and specifications, the lifting movement in the Z-direction can be pneumatic, electropneumatic, or electric. Together with a customer-specific fixture and the corresponding control system, the ZH90 lifting axis can be used manually, collaboratively, or fully automatically.

The articulated arm manipulator can be configured in various versions, such as floor- and ceiling-mounted or mobile floor- and ceiling-mounted. With a working radius of up to 3.5 meters, consistently rigid load guidance, and a lifting capacity of up to 500 kilograms, it is the perfect partner for lifting a wide variety of loads. It also impresses with its high flexibility, ergonomic operation, and durable construction.

The ZH mobile lifting platform is constructed from heavy-duty, extruded, and patented aluminum profiles. The lifting motion in the Z-direction can be electro-pneumatic or electric, depending on customer requirements and specifications. Power is supplied by a 48V battery, which can be replaced very quickly. Together with a product-specific fixture and the Omi casters specially developed for the ZH lifting platform, its application possibilities are virtually limitless.

The cable-operated kick-arm manipulator is characterized by its large working range. Working radii of up to 4 meters can be easily achieved. This product can be anchored to the floor, mounted on the ceiling, or moved along guide rails. The two wire ropes and corresponding control system ensure safe handling of various components and products at all times.

The compact and very lightweight ZH70 aluminum cable manipulator is ideally suited for fast yet precise handling. The ZH70 can be easily integrated into any rail system. The combination of the ZH90 linear aluminum lifting axis with an articulated arm manipulator unites maximum positioning accuracy with oscillation-free, ergonomic load handling. A battery option is available for maximum flexibility. The system enables efficient workflows even in confined spaces and significantly reduces operator physical strain. Furthermore, it can be modularly adapted to individual process requirements and seamlessly integrated into existing production environments.

MULTI-AXLE MODULE ZH3
The ZH3 multi-axis module can be integrated into various fixtures. This allows for the precise movement of products and components. More specifically, different orientations and positions in space can be approached with pinpoint accuracy. The pneumatically or electrically driven ZH3 multi-axis module is also capable of maintaining this position. Together with our proprietary control system, we ensure, for example, the correct tightening of screws in a variety of applications.
