End-of-arm tooling, also known as end-of-arm tooling, refers to the holding tools at the end of a lifting aid or manipulator. Zeilhofer Handling Technology develops and manufactures six types of end-of-arm tooling: gripping devices, suction devices, magnetic devices, hook devices, screwdrivers and screw spindles, as well as custom-designed devices. Each end-of-arm tooling is individually designed according to the component, weight, surface finish, and process, and is delivered CE-compliant as part of the overall system.
Every lifting aid is only as good as its device. Zeilhofer supplies both the system and the device from a single source, with one contact person and CE conformity for the entire system.

02 SUCTION DEVICE
For delicate, smooth, or large-area components that cannot be clamped. Special suction cups and vacuum pumps allow for efficient and surface-friendly lifting of the load—even with non-planar geometries using specialized suction cups.
