02 ANNUAL UVV INSPECTION ACCORDING TO DGUV REGULATION 54
Lifting aids, manipulators, lifting axes and special solutions are subject to annual accident prevention inspections in accordance with DGUV Regulation 54 and the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV). Zeilhofer HHT carries out these inspections with qualified specialists – efficiently, in compliance with standards and with complete documentation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SERVICE
01 How often must a lifting aid or manipulator be inspected?
Lifting aids, manipulators, and lifting axes must be inspected annually by a qualified person in accordance with DGUV Regulation 54 and the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health. Depending on operating conditions and customer requirements, we also offer shorter inspection intervals, for example, for multi-shift or heavy-duty operation.
02 What does the UVV inspection at Zeilhofer HHT include?
The inspection includes a visual and safety check for wear and damage, a check of all safety devices including emergency stop and load securing, a functional test under real operating conditions, and complete, auditable documentation in the test log with test sticker.
03 Wer darf die UVV-Prüfung durchführen?
The inspection is carried out by a qualified person in accordance with TRBS 1203. As the manufacturer, we know every component of our systems in detail and conduct inspections with qualified specialists in accordance with standards and manufacturer specifications.
04 Does Zeilhofer HHT also inspect and service systems from other manufacturers?
Yes. In addition to our own systems, we also inspect and service lifting aids, manipulators and load-handling devices from other manufacturers upon request, provided the necessary documentation is available.
05 What does a UVV inspection for lifting aids cost?
The costs depend on the type of equipment, its size, and the scope of the inspection. After a brief consultation, we will provide you with a transparent quote, optionally as a framework agreement for recurring inspections of multiple systems at one location.
06 Can I get original spare parts directly from the manufacturer?
Yes. As the manufacturer, we supply the exact parts used to build your system, with precise fit, tested quality, and a manufacturer's warranty. Thanks to our structured inventory management, they are available at short notice.
07 Does Zeilhofer HHT offer on-site repairs?
Yes. We can repair your device either directly at your location or at our factory in Holzkirchen. Using a system of exchange, we provide a replacement device during the repair to avoid downtime.
08 Does Zeilhofer HHT support a relocation of the plant?
Yes. We accompany the relocation from the initial assessment through professional dismantling and documented transport to assembly, commissioning and operator training at the new location, with fully updated documentation.
09 Is the service also suitable for sensitive automotive applications?
Yes. As a manufacturer certified according to ISO 9001 and TISAX Level 2 with prototype protection, we meet the requirements of automotive OEMs and suppliers, even for confidential prototype and series applications.
