The ZH90 lifting axis is a linear lifting system from Zeilhofer Handling Technology for the pendulum-free lifting and positioning of loads up to 1,200 kg.
The standard working stroke is 1,600 mm and can be extended with options such as double stroke. The patented aluminum construction weighs only 70 kg in the basic unit and is pneumatically, electropneumatically, or electrically driven.
Thanks to its modular design, the ZH90 can be configured from a simple lifting tool to a fully integrated system. It is primarily used in automotive final assembly and e-mobility production, for example in handling high-voltage batteries, as well as in logistics, special-purpose machinery, foundries, and the railway industry. The ZH90 is manufactured at the Holzkirchen site in Germany.
