HEBELIFT ZH FROM ZEILHOFER
The Hebelift ZH from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik is a mobile, battery-powered floor trolley for the ergonomic handling of loads up to 100 kg. Its core is the Zeilhofer ZH90 lifting axis, here in a mobile, battery-powered version. It uses the 48 V battery technology by Zeilhofer with a lithium-ion battery and operates completely wirelessly and without a compressed air connection in its standard version. On request, it is also available with a pneumatic or electro-pneumatic drive.
An omniwheel chassis allows movement in any direction without repositioning, while the lightweight aluminum construction keeps the weight down. The 48-volt battery provides over 8 hours of runtime, covering a full shift, and can be swapped in under 30 seconds. The lift is operated via a joystick with programmable working heights. Safety systems such as an emergency brake and overload protection ensure reliable protection during continuous operation. The ZH lift can be optionally equipped with an articulated arm. It is manufactured in Holzkirchen, Germany.

The Hebelift ZH operates fully battery-powered as standard, without cables or compressed air lines. An additional compressed air supply is available as an option, for example for pneumatically operated devices. Alternatively, the Hebelift ZH is also available with a pneumatic or electro-pneumatic drive.

Yes. Zeilhofer supplies the Hebelift ZH driven pneumatically, electro-pneumatically or electrically. Most customers choose the purely electric version with a 48-volt battery because it needs no compressed air line or cable, so the floor trolley can move freely around the hall. A pneumatic or electro-pneumatic version makes sense where compressed air is already available at the workstation.
