The ZH lifting platform from Zeilhofer Handling Technology is a mobile, battery-powered floor trolley for the ergonomic handling of loads up to 100 kg. It is the world's first lifting platform with a 48-volt lithium-ion battery and operates completely wirelessly and without a compressed air connection.
An omniwheel chassis allows movement in any direction without repositioning, while the lightweight aluminum construction keeps the weight down. The 48-volt battery provides over 8 hours of runtime, covering a full shift, and can be swapped in under 30 seconds. The lift is operated via a joystick with programmable working heights. Safety systems such as an emergency brake and overload protection ensure reliable protection during continuous operation. The ZH lift can be optionally equipped with an articulated arm. It is manufactured in Holzkirchen, Bavaria.

The world's first lifting platform with a 48-volt lithium-ion battery. Over 8 hours of runtime, easily replaceable, integrated energy-saving mode — no cables, no compressed air connection required.
05 JOINT ARM INTEGRATION
An integrated articulated arm with continuous rotation extends the working radius. Various articulated arms are available to suit customer requirements — for maximum reach.
03 Compact controller
Programmable working heights (Z-positions), touch display, inductive control handles. Speeds and lifting heights precisely controlled via joystick — for repeatable work.

Custom grippers, suction cups and fixtures — all from a single source. From planning to commissioning, Zeilhofer delivers the complete, turnkey solution.
The ZH lifting platform operates fully battery-powered as standard, without cables or compressed air lines. An additional compressed air supply is available as an option, for example for pneumatically operated devices.
