The ZH lifting platform is a world first and the world's first mobile lifting platform with an integrated 48V lithium-ion battery. No cables, no compressed air connection, no fixed location: The ZH lifting platform works wherever you need it, in production, in the warehouse, or at changing assembly stations.

At the heart of the system is the patented Omniwheel chassis with three omnidirectional wheels, enabling movement in any direction – forwards, backwards, sideways, and diagonally – without repositioning. The intuitive, compact joystick control with programmable working heights makes operation simple and safe, even for inexperienced users.

The Ergo Screw Technology ZH uniquely combines two of Zeilhofer HHT's core competencies: ergonomic lifting and precise screwdriving processes in one system. Thanks to their high torque capacity, our lifting aids are ideal for integrating screwdrivers and screw spindles, whether manually operated, operator-guided, or fully automated.

The system handles all torque support, so the operator no longer feels any reaction forces, even at high tightening torques. This protects against joint and tendon injuries, improves the quality of the bolted connections, and significantly increases the repeatability of each tightening operation. All common screwdriver types can be easily integrated via IO-Link or fieldbus for complete process monitoring and documentation.

The capacitive guide and control unit from Zeilhofer HHT represents a logical evolution of classic lifting aid operation. Instead of multiple mechanical buttons and switches, a single, touch-sensitive capacitive control handle is used, which recognizes the operator's intended movement and translates it directly into control commands. The result is intuitive, fatigue-free handling that requires no training.

The capacitive handle reliably detects whether the worker's hand is gripping the handle, releasing it, or applying pressure in a specific direction, and reacts accordingly in real time. This reduces the number of controls to a minimum, lowers the error rate, and simultaneously increases workplace safety: If the handle is released, the movement stops immediately and safely.

For companies with high handling demands and frequently changing operators, the capacitive guide unit represents a significant advancement: reduced training requirements, fewer operator errors, and increased productivity. The articulated manipulator is available in three mounting options: stationary on the floor, stationary on the ceiling, or mobile on a rail system.
