Zeilhofer Handling Technology's product range includes seven systems for industrial load handling: the ZH90 linear lifting axis for loads up to 1,200 kg, the articulated arm manipulator up to 800 kg, the ZH mobile lifting lift up to 100 kg, the Acer (up to 150 kg) and ZH70 (up to 70 kg) rope manipulators, the ZH90 Flex-Arm combination, and the ZH3 rotary and drive module.
All products are developed, designed, and manufactured in Holzkirchen and can be expanded into a complete system with suitable equipment and controls. The appropriate system depends on the load capacity, direction of movement, and working radius.
Z-AXIS
Hubachse ZH90
The ZH90 lifting axis is constructed from heavy-duty, extruded, and patented aluminum profiles. Depending on requirements, the lifting movement in the Z-direction is pneumatic, electropneumatic, or electric. Together with a customer-specific fixture and suitable control system, the ZH90 lifting axis can be used manually, collaboratively, or fully automatically. It has a load capacity of up to 1,200 kg.

JOINT ARM MANIPULATOR
The articulated arm manipulator can be configured for stationary floor and ceiling mounting or for mobile floor and ceiling mounting. With a working radius of up to 4.5 meters, consistently rigid load guidance, and a lifting capacity of up to 800 kilograms, it is the perfect partner for lifting a wide variety of loads. It also impresses with its high flexibility, ergonomic operation, and durable construction.

The ZH mobile lifting platform is constructed from heavy-duty, extruded, and patented aluminum profiles. Lifting in the Z-direction is achieved electro-pneumatically or electrically. Power is supplied by a 48-volt battery, which can be swapped in under 30 seconds. Together with a product-specific mounting bracket and the Omniwheel chassis, the ZH lifting platform can be flexibly used at various workstations for loads up to 100 kg.

The Acer cable manipulator is distinguished by its large working range. Working radii of up to 4 meters can be easily achieved. The product can be anchored to the floor, mounted on the ceiling, or operated on moving rails. The two wire ropes and control system ensure safe handling of various components and products at all times. Load capacity up to 150 kg.

The compact and very lightweight ZH70 aluminum cable manipulator is ideally suited for fast yet precise handling. The ZH70 integrates seamlessly into any rail system, offering diverse applications and working areas, ensuring high operator acceptance. The two wire ropes and integrated control system enable safe handling of various components and products at all times. Load capacity up to 70 kg.

The combination of the ZH90 linear aluminum lifting axis with an articulated arm manipulator unites maximum positioning accuracy with oscillation-free, ergonomic load handling. A battery option is available for maximum flexibility. The system enables efficient workflows even in confined spaces and significantly reduces operator physical strain. Furthermore, it can be modularly adapted to individual process requirements and seamlessly integrated into existing production environments.

MULTI-AXLE MODULE ZH3
The ZH3 multi-axis module is a rotary and drive module that can be integrated into various fixtures. It allows products and components to be precisely rotated and held in exact positions in space. The module delivers a nominal torque of 250 Nm. Together with the specially developed control system, it ensures, for example, the correct tightening of screws in various applications.

02 What is the difference between a manipulator and a lifting axis?
The ZH90 lifting axis moves loads linearly in the Z-direction with rigid guidance. A manipulator, such as the articulated arm, additionally moves loads in a radius and enables swiveling and rotating. The lifting axis is suitable for purely vertical movement, while the manipulator is used for working on a surface.
03 Is there a Zeilhofer product without a compressed air connection?
Yes. The ZH lifting platform operates entirely on battery power with a 48-volt battery and requires no compressed air. The ZH90 lifting axle is also available in a purely electric version.
04 Are the products delivered individually or as a complete system?
Both are possible. Zeilhofer HHT supplies individual lifting devices or complete systems, including steel construction, rail system, fixtures and controls, all from a single source.
