01 STATIONARY ON THE GROUND

The manipulator is firmly anchored to the factory floor. Ideal for defined workstations with a large operating radius. Particularly economical when used in a fixed location (optionally movable by forklift or pallet truck).

02 MOVABLE ON THE GROUND

Bei dieser Variante ist der Gelenkarm‑Manipulator auf einer stabilen Grundplatte montiert. Die komplette Einheit ist mobil und kann flexibel per Gabelhubwagen, elektrischer Ameise oder Gabelstapler zum Einsatzort transportiert werden.

03 STATIONARY CEILING-MOUNTED & STEEL CONSTRUCTION

Der Manipulator wird fest an der Hallendecke oder an einem Stahlbau verankert. Die platzsparendste Lösung für beengte Produktionsbereiche, denn der Boden bleibt komplett frei für Stapler, Fahrzeuge und Mitarbeiter.

01 What is the load-bearing capacity of the articulated arm manipulator?

The ZH articulated arm manipulator is designed for loads up to 800 kg. Despite this high load capacity, the device operates without pendulum motion and with high precision — a key feature for applications requiring the exact positioning of heavy components.

02 What is the working radius?

The articulated arm manipulator achieves a working radius of up to 4.5 meters, depending on the component weight. This allows for large work areas to be covered—ideal for assembly lines, machining stations, and areas where workers need to reach multiple positions without changing location.

03 What does pendulum-free load guidance mean?

Pendulum-free load guidance means that the load cannot swing or jerk uncontrollably, as can happen with cable or chain systems. The rigid mechanics of the articulated arm ensure the load is guided firmly at all times – crucial for millimeter-precise positioning and maximum workplace safety.

04 What are the different mounting options?

The articulated arm manipulator is available in four versions: floor-mounted, ceiling-mounted, floor-mobile, or ceiling-mobile. The choice depends on customer requirements, hall height, floor space, and desired mobility—flexibly adaptable to your layout.
