The standard working time is 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Flexible working time models, flextime with core hours, and time accounts are common practice here.
13. What are the vacation policies?
Based on a 5-day work week, you receive 30 vacation days per year: 20 days statutory minimum vacation and 10 days additional contractual vacation.
14. How does the onboarding process work?
At the start, each new team member rotates through the various departments, getting to know the company, its people, processes, and products. Afterwards, they are gradually introduced to their tasks, with an experienced team always available to support them.
