01 Was ist der Unterschied zwischen einer Hubachse und einem Manipulator?
Eine Hubachse bewegt die Last linear in der Vertikalen, also präzise auf und ab. Ein Manipulator bewegt die Last über Arme und Gelenke in mehreren Achsen und deckt so einen größeren Arbeitsbereich ab. Beide führen die Last pendelfrei über eine starre Mechanik.
02 Wann lohnt sich eine Hebehilfe wirtschaftlich?
Eine Hebehilfe lohnt sich, wenn Lasten regelmäßig manuell gehoben werden. Sie senkt körperliche Belastung und Ausfallzeiten, erhöht Taktgeschwindigkeit und Prozesssicherheit. In der Regel amortisiert sich die Investition über reduzierte Krankheitstage und höhere Produktivität.
03 Welche Hebehilfe passt zu meiner Anwendung?
