Zeilhofer Handling Technology (ZHHT) is a Bavarian manufacturer of industrial lifting aids, manipulators, and lifting axes, headquartered in Holzkirchen, south of Munich. Since 1999, this family-run company has been developing and producing customized solutions for loads up to 1,200 kg, including the ZH90 pendulum-free lifting axis, the articulated manipulator (up to 800 kg), the Acer and ZH70 cable manipulators, the ZH mobile lifting platform, and the ZH3 multi-axis rotary and drive module. Hub axle ZH90
Zeilhofer HHT's ZH90 linear aluminum lifting axes enable precise, virtually weightless lifting with rigid load guidance for maximum stability and positioning accuracy. Control is pneumatic, electropneumatic, or electric, depending on the application.
Lift ZH
The ZH lifting platform enables the precise and effortless movement of loads up to 100 kg. Thanks to its lightweight construction, 48-volt battery and Omniwheel chassis, it impresses with maximum maneuverability and ergonomics.
Multi-axis module ZH3
The ZH3 multi-axis module is a compact rotary and drive module for precise positioning and rotary movements. It delivers a nominal torque of 250 Nm and, thanks to its simple integration and low programming effort, can be efficiently integrated into existing automation processes.
Manipulator - articulated arm
The ZH articulated arm manipulator enables precise, oscillation-free handling of loads up to 800 kg. Its large working radius and stroke make it versatile and allow for flexible integration into various production environments.
Manipulator - Rope
The ZH rope manipulator enables the quick and precise handling of loads up to 150 kg through pneumatic weight compensation. Thanks to its low weight and flexible installation options, it is versatile in its applications.
Lifting axis ZH90 Flex-Arm
The combination of the ZH90 linear aluminum lifting axis with the ZH articulated arm manipulator unites maximum positioning accuracy with pendulum-free, ergonomic load handling. Optionally available with a battery for maximum flexibility.

05 Was ist der Unterschied zwischen einem Manipulator und einem Kran?
A manipulator is a rigid, precise handling device with pendulum-free load guidance via rods, axles, or joints. Unlike a crane, where the load swings on a cable, a manipulator allows loads to be positioned, rotated, and swiveled with centimeter precision. Manipulators are particularly suitable for assembly workstations, machine loading, and repetitive handling tasks.
06 What loads can ZHHT systems handle?
The lifting capacity ranges from 70 kg for the ZH70 cable manipulator to 1,200 kg for the ZH90 lifting axis with double stroke. Typical applications range between 50 and 800 kg, such as battery modules, motors, cylinder heads, tires, glass panes, or tools. ZHHT develops the appropriate fixture for each load, ensuring the gripper is precisely tailored to the component.
07 How does a project with Zeilhofer HHT proceed?
Following an initial technical consultation, ZHHT develops a customized concept including the fixture, control system, and installation plan. This is followed by design, manufacturing, and assembly by our own technicians, and then commissioning at the site. Throughout the entire lifespan of the system, ZHHT provides maintenance, training, and spare parts supply worldwide.
