The ZH90 pneumatic lifting axis is the most powerful lifting aid in the ZHHT program, moving loads up to 1,200 kg precisely and with near-weightless ease. The patented aluminum profile with a linear Z-axis ensures rigid load guidance without any pendulum motion, making it ideal for cycle-controlled assembly processes and automated lines. It can be controlled pneumatically, electro-pneumatically, or fully electrically, tailored to your specific factory environment.

Used by automotive OEMs, mechanical engineering, aerospace and heavy industry. Each lifting axis is supplied including customer-specific mounting, gripper and operating logic.

The ZH articulated arm manipulator is the ideal lifting aid for the precise, sway-free handling of loads up to 800 kg. With working radii up to 4.5 m, a large stroke, and compact column or ceiling mounting, it reaches every point in the work area, even in confined spaces.

Optionally movable on linear rails or crane tracks for maximum flexibility. Proven in car body construction, final assembly, special machine construction, and logistics. Grippers, rotary modules, and controls are individually designed, from windscreen assembly to battery modules.

The ZH90 Flex-Arm combines a linear lifting axis and an articulated arm manipulator in a single system, moving loads up to 200 kg with the highest precision. The combination of a rigid Z-axis guide and a flexible swivel range enables applications that are not possible with conventional lifting aids.

Available with a 48-volt battery for mobile use in production, logistics, and assembly, without a compressed air connection. Used for handling sensitive components, in test benches, final assembly, and automation.

The ZH mobile lifting platform moves loads up to 100 kg effortlessly, precisely, and entirely battery-powered. Its lightweight construction with aluminum profiles, 48-volt battery, and omniwheel chassis makes this lifting aid extremely mobile and maneuverable in any direction, even in confined spaces. Ideal for order picking, warehousing, machine loading, workshop operations, and all applications without fixed infrastructure.

Grippers and holders are individually designed for the product to be handled, from boxes to tools to assemblies.

The ZH cable manipulator (Acer and ZH70) moves loads up to 150 kg quickly, precisely, and with pneumatic weight compensation. Also available as a cable articulated arm manipulator, with working radii up to 4 m and a large swivel range.

The lightweight aluminum lifting aid integrates flexibly into any rail or crane system and is the economical solution for high-frequency lifting operations in series production, order picking, and assembly. It features suspended operation, precise force amplification, and an optional quick-change attachment.

The ZH3 multi-axis module is a compact rotary and drive module for precise positioning and rotary movements in handling and automation systems. With a nominal torque of 250 Nm, minimal programming effort, and a standardized interface, the module integrates efficiently into existing systems, robot cells, and special-purpose machines.

Used for tool orientation, component rotation, and position detection. Can be combined with all ZHHT manipulators and lifting axes as an expansion module.
