The ZH90 Flex-Arm from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik is an integrated handling system consisting of the ZH90 linear aluminum lifting axis and an articulated arm manipulator. It carries loads up to 200 kg with a working radius of 4 meters and operates completely without pendulum motion. The stroke is 1,600 mm and can be extended with a double stroke as a special solution. The Flex-Arm is driven pneumatically, electro-pneumatically or electrically. The lifting axis provides precise vertical positioning, while the articulated arm ensures effortless horizontal movement. Optionally, the system can be operated completely wirelessly using the 48-volt battery technology from the Hebelift ZH.

The Flex-Arm combines the rigid, pendulum-free Z-axis ZH90 with an articulated arm manipulator. You get the high positioning accuracy of the vertical axis and, at the same time, the ergonomic reach and mobility of an articulated arm, all combined in one system instead of two separate devices.
