The ZH90 Flex-Arm from Zeilhofer Handling Technology is an integrated handling system consisting of the ZH90 linear aluminum lifting axis and an articulated arm manipulator. It carries loads up to 200 kg with a working radius of 4 meters and operates completely without pendulum motion. The lifting axis provides vertical positioning accuracy, while the articulated arm ensures effortless horizontal movement. Optionally, the system can be operated completely wirelessly using the 48-volt battery technology from the ZH lifting platform.

Yes. Both the Z-axis and the articulated arm are rigidly guided. Unlike cable or chain systems, the load cannot swing—a key safety and precision feature, especially when handling heavy or delicate components.
