From this information, it determines suitable product series and the appropriate load capacity. The final, binding design is then carried out individually by our engineers.

Zeilhofer Handling Technology's product range covers loads up to 1,200 kg: ZH lifting lift up to 100 kg, rope manipulator up to 150 kg, ZH90 Flex-Arm up to 200 kg, articulated manipulator up to 800 kg and ZH90 lifting axis up to 1,200 kg. We develop custom solutions for heavier loads.

​The cable manipulator enables fast, precise manual guidance. The articulated manipulator and ZH90 Flex-Arm can also handle off-center loads, such as when inserting components into machines. The ZH90 lifting axis is designed for heavy loads within a rail system, while the ZH lifting platform can move freely within the hall. Depending on the compressed air and power supply, the devices are pneumatically, electro-pneumatically, or electrically controlled.

Typical applications include vehicle and body parts, wheels, drive and mechanical components, batteries, castings and forgings, containers, rollers and coils, sheets and glass, profiles and tubes, tools, and food products.
