Yes. We ship worldwide and support on-site or remote installation and operator training. We handle export and customs documentation, and we are actively building our sales and service network in North America.
02 How do service and spare parts supply work?
You will receive direct technical support and spare parts from our engineering team in Germany, via telephone and email. Local support will be added as our US partner network grows.
03 Are your systems standard or customized?
Each system is precisely tailored to your component, your process, and your workstation, including the fixture. We start with your application, not a catalog.
04 What loads can your systems handle?
Up to 1,200 kg, depending on the product line and configuration. Lighter, faster-cycle solutions are also available.
05 Are you certified to automotive standards?
Yes. We are ISO 9001 certified and have TISAX Level 2, an automotive industry standard for data security and prototype protection.
