Manipulator for a fan manufacturer

For a manufacturer of fans and ventilation technology, Zeilhofer designed a manipulator for the ergonomic handling of heavy, bulky assemblies. The operator guides the load pendulum-free and positions it to the centimetre – without physical strain and with consistent quality.

The load-bearing device was built to match the geometry of the parts. Articulated-arm manipulators are ideal wherever heavy parts are frequently gripped, turned and joined.
