01 What can I configure with the lifting axis configurator?
With the configurator, you design the ZH90 lifting axis for loads of up to 1,200 kg: payload, rail system, drive, control, lifting height, obstacle contour and attachment. A sectional drawing shows your configuration with dimensions, and the utilization indicator shows the remaining capacity of the axis.
02 What information do I need for the configuration?
You need the weight of the component including the attachment, your existing or planned rail system, the available energy supply (compressed air at 6 bar or 230 V), the lower and upper position of the component and the height of any obstacle contours. We will clarify any missing details together with you.
03 Which control system is right: pneumatic, electro-pneumatic or electric?
The ZH90 lifting axis is available with pneumatic, electro-pneumatic or electric control. With compressed air (6 bar), the pneumatic version handles payloads of up to 800 kg; the electro-pneumatic and electric versions handle up to 1,200 kg. The standard stroke is 1,600 mm; longer strokes are available as a special solution with a double stroke.
04 Does the configurator show a price?
No. The configurator does not calculate a price, because every lifting axis is tailored to the component, attachment and workplace. You will find guide prices on the ZH90 lifting axis page. You receive a binding quotation once our design engineers have reviewed your configuration.
05 What happens after I send my configuration?
Our design engineers in Holzkirchen review every configuration and get back to you within 24 hours on working days. They clarify any open points with you and prepare a non-binding quotation. The delivery time for a ZH90 lifting axis is typically 15 to 25 weeks.
06 Is the configurator free of charge and non-binding?
Yes. Using the lifting axis configurator is free of charge, and sending a configuration does not commit you to anything. You receive technical feedback and a quotation that you are free to accept or decline.
