Computer scientist / IT specialist / system administrator (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for the entire IT infrastructure of a growing family business. At Zeilhofer in Holzkirchen, you will maintain servers, networks, and Windows environments, manage virtual server landscapes, and ensure the smooth operation of our 60-person team. About the company

Zeilhofer Handling Technology GmbH & Co. KG has been developing and manufacturing lifting aids, manipulators, and lifting axes for the manufacturing and automotive sectors for over 20 years. As a second-generation family-run company based in Holzkirchen in the Miesbach district, we are looking to expand our team.

Your tasks

  • Overall responsibility for server and network architecture, including monitoring, further development, and documentation.

  • Installation, maintenance and conceptual development of the Windows infrastructure

  • Support and configuration of virtual server environments

  • Conducting fault analyses and troubleshooting

  • Independent management of the company-wide IT infrastructure, including setting up the team's work equipment.

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a degree in IT is desirable.

  • Initial professional experience as a system administrator:

  • Knowledge of installation and administration of central server systems as well as network and security technology

  • Independent and goal-oriented work style, strong communication skills and team spirit
