01 PKW (Kompakt- und Mittelklasse)

E-Kleinwagen, Plug-in-Hybride und Mittelklasse-EVs. Akkupacks sind meist Flachbauweise und werden von unten in die Karosserie eingesetzt. Standardanwendung für Hubachsen mit pendelfreier Z-Führung.

Lastbereich: 150–500 kg

03 Bus, LKW und Nutzfahrzeuge

E-Busse, Verteiler-LKW und elektrische Sattelzugmaschinen. Modulare Pack-Systeme mit mehreren Einzelpacks oder ein zentrales Großmodul. Anspruchsvolle Handhabung wegen Größe und Gewicht.

Lastbereich: 800–1.200 kg

02 PKW (Premium und SUV)

Premium-EVs, große SUVs und Performance-Modelle mit längeren Reichweiten. Größere Pack-Geometrie, höhere Energiedichte. Hubachse ZH90 mit Doppelhub im Standardeinsatz.

Lastbereich: 500–800 kg

04 Industrie und stationäre Speicher

Stationäre Energiespeicher, Gabelstapler-Batterien, Bahn- und Schiffsantriebe. Lastbereich stark anwendungsabhängig. Häufig kombinierte Hub- und Schwenkbewegungen über die Hubachse ZH90 Flex-Arm.

Lastbereich: 200–1.200 kg+

Einzelne Batteriemodule werden in die Pack-Kassette eingesetzt. Hohe Frequenz, kurze Taktzeiten, mittlere Last. Häufig mit Seil-Manipulator oder leichter Hubachse plus standardisiertem Schnellwechsel-Greifer.

Traglast: 20–80 kg · Toleranz: ± 1 mm

02 PACK

Akkupack-Handling

Komplette Hochvoltbatterie wird in die Karosserie gefügt – meist von unten in den Underbody. Pendelfreie Z-Führung, präzise Endlage, sanftes Absetzen. Standardanwendung der Hubachse ZH90 mit projektspezifischer Greifvorrichtung.

​Traglast: 200–1.200 kg · Toleranz: ± 1 mm

03 FRAME

Pack-Gehäuse- und Frame-Handling

Leeres Pack-Gehäuse oder geschweißter Akku-Frame vor der Modulbestückung. Sperrige Geometrie, geringe Last im Vergleich zum vollen Pack. Häufig mit Vakuumgreifer oder mechanischer Vier-Punkt-Aufnahme.

Traglast: 30–150 kg · Toleranz: ± 2 mm

Wiederholgenauigkeit unter ± 1 mm, sanftes Einsetzen mit elektronisch gedämpfter Endlage. Mechanisch starre Z-Führung, kein Pendeln. Optional Servounterstützung für millimetergenaue Endposition.

Geschwindigkeit & Taktzeit

Hubgeschwindigkeit auf die Linientaktung abgestimmt. Programmierbare Bewegungsprofile mit definierter Beschleunigung und Endpositions-Annäherung. Schnittstelle zur Linien-SPS für synchronen Betrieb.

03 ANSCHLUSS

Anschluss & Umgebung

Druckluft, 24-V-Steuerstrom und SPS-Schnittstelle (Profinet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP). Auf Wunsch ESD-konforme Ausführung und Reinraumtauglichkeit für Zellfertigung. Wartungszugänge ohne Linienstillstand.
